this morning, after getting over charged at ..... again (new girl still doesnt know me after a week)
I went to a "new restoran" that was closed until recently
and ordered a coffee & a "sweet breakast" (5e)
i got 2 pats of butter, and 2 of those little containers u get on economy flights/hotels (jam/honey)
and 4 pieces of "toast" that were the shop toast u can but anyway here - collectively these 4 pieces would match ONE slice of toast where I grew up, and I am not a greedy person... I wanted a diet, but of MY choosing.. :p
I was thinking about complaining as I live nearby ... then "I am I said" (Neil Diamond link ) came on their sound system

"stepping back" ... ! well, IMO , people should slow down,
especially as (their) obsession with "western (USA) life" makes everything seem like "fast food living"
a lot of activity, with little effect, slow down, pull yourself out and "take stock"
..that means .. see yourself and the people around you more clearly,.....
a good exercise (one u can also use with yr kids) draw a picture (or paint) of the world, and yourself,
then once a week stop, breathe, close your eyes, and try to see yourself from "above" (or below ha ha )
make a vision in your minds eye of who and where u are
(i dont mean geographical location)
....ask yourself, what effect am i having, am i doing good? what is working and what is not,
and that doesnt mean just being "happy" in a selfish way,
it means being honest, we are all part of one...
so if u are "happy" at the expense of the rest of the world ("universe") then its not going to last long
..or be really rewarding to your spirit ..
in other words , imagine you are the film director of your own story
... are u happy with the script, or the role of the people in your "story"?
.. u can suggest they (the other "actors" , cameramen etc ) improve, but do it in a way that challenges them and asks questions..
Richard (Branson) isnt a bad lad, but he hasnt been as lucky as me, I have experienced much more (the "system" , the alternative,
and .....my dimension. Too) but whilst u are not yet ready to understand all, u still have time to do that.. anywhere
I started a weekly "academy" with 2 local girls , one a singer and one is training to be lawyer..
they already have trouble to "understand" as I challenge their culture and the culture they are being "conditioned" with...
and now they are "too sick" to come to meetings...

Yesterday afternoon I waited until Novy finished his shift ... they dont get big wages ...
and have to wait until the customers they billed leave before they can leave the caffe/bar/restoran..

The "rape of home " feeling
almost all Montenegrins, whose culture is family-biased. will fail to comprehend the depth of violation caused by such property dictatorship police corruption and virtual rape of MY HOME... over 20 years ago I FIRST experience a home invasion shortly after recovering from a week-long meningitis induced coma, which resulted in the formation if F&U NGO campaign and a 12 year conflict against police, attorneys, judges & other state "beamte"
as S. KOjic knows, here in Danilovgrad 5 years ago, instead of progressing a house purchase the Ivanovic (refusing to give me a receipt for my cash payments) locked me out, and my belongings were later strewn on the terrace of a football colleague, in Nearby Spuz.
THIS current "incident" however, has added menace & malicious damage, RR97b was the first HOME whereby I fitted out the HOME completely from an empty shell, there was nothing in the house, and it was a labour of love to acquire furniture , fixtures & fittings myself. Previously
(as a youth) the home was provided by my family, later by my (deceased) spouse Jacqui (whose memorial in my living room has been infested by Recevics! ) or by common law living-in partners.
as far as the "local law" is concerned, we live in "a cowboy state" whose government was bought by USAcorp for 30 million uSD, where NATO was allowed to set a base, despite MNE having no threat of warfare, and where "non-locals" suffer prejudice and racism and visitors seen as walking bancomats (*ATM)!
I should NOT have to DECLARE; how many times I have supported youth football teams, sponsored 5 soccer schools, organised events promoting MNE, sponsored a girls dojo. etc and financially assisted many local people in many different ways only to have my hand of friendship constantly bitten!
So, my instruction to STOP this violation by Recevics family were CLEAR from day 1 (2 weeks ago as i write this) and to prepare a claim, against the perpetrators, were CLEAR. S.Kojic failed to protect me or my home, my belongings, and my property is tainted or now useless as I have no place to call "home" in this way, financial claim is NOT as important as making it clear to state governors & its police officers that this violation IS VERY serious, and therefore I do. and shall continue to, demand justice.

various planets , flowers & and ginger rout ...the cost over 4 years probably a few hundred euros in all, but the VALUE and my time invested
was just dismissed as the Recevic perverts constantly invaded my privacy ...and peered in to my or the guest bedroom, it annoyed me,
was uncomfortable in case their kids saw me changing clothes, and my last guest Irina had no privacy either, even if it had not been for
the #paranoiaBUG panick ..and travel restriction, the winter damp & the receevics violations would not have made it comfortable to host
again
and then one morning, as usual, at 07h ....WITHOUT THE RESPECT OF ANY previous NOTICE, OR OF WARNING a CONSTRUCTION crew with DIGGER arrived outside my window

The first CSer since almost 2 years (Irina at the end of summer of 2019) ..Bart and as I wrote on his "reference"..
that I , for the first time since I can recall, not only missed the REdS game, the LAST "vital" game o f this FUBAR
bullsh&te infested season, (pro football is fake without SUPPORTERS!) it is also a compliment to his company , we shared
stories, as he arrived in a dranatic fashion saturday evening, being my first and only guest/visitor on my birthday (party) at the
(Cuba Libre) beach bar... his BMW motor bike almost crashed, because the road map didnt indicate that the road he took, wasnt...a road
it is now steps down to the beach!
He quickly joined in supporting singer SANJA R, who came down from Pg to give a personal concert for my birthday, Bart and I applauded every song, sang along
with some of the songs, with a little bit of appreciation by Vojo & Borko, and some of their friends...Sanja finished quite early as,
quite understandably, was a bit nervous about a return drive to Podgorica, as the country road was narrow, and the local drivers,
as usual, drive without care... just as Bart and I experienced when I went with him on the back of huis bike to the nearest, inland, small town, for brunch the following morning..
after Sanja & her backing organist leftabout 22h (although I managed to sing part of |just a gigolo" and have a friendly discussion
about why she would not duet with me for the "dont go brealing my heart!" ...its a DUET after all, and I have enough problems
when attempting to sing, never mind being a DUET, alone.. :)
(I am reminded of the Freiburg Irish pub, open stage singing "you've got a friend" to swizz girl (Biggie) ..

with stops, brunch (with 2 glasses of Rakija) & other errands, until I was forced into a "pub/bar crawl"
... we hung out at Dusan's "Majestic" in Tivat, with several of Borko;s friends , drinking many heineken bottles of beer (i dont drink beer)
then to "Mali Barca" (small boat?) restoran, for a fish pate dish, which i seemed to be the only one eating, with 2 bottles of Chardonnay,
and then to "SNOB central" at Porto MOntenegro.. for a another beer, which ignated my dark side, I could not resist snipign at the
over priced everything, with 100s of big Yachts , of a nation where pensioners struggle on 100 euros a month....yes a i AM a "TRULY REbEl REd" !!
however after another jameson whisky drinking session at "Majestic" and a heart to heart, man to man talk with owner Dusan, i was returned
(as no one could pay their ransom demand) to my NFA (F& U mission) interim abode at Mirista...around midnight...

as I was still drunk and amused by visions of Bart, Boko, Vojo & myself doing 30 or so shots , dancing around

I passed the snob yacht park of |town of Lustica) ... and MOnty is becoming another "LanzarotteN" full of construction, new houses, apartments, hotels etc filling the beautiful cost and inland beauty spots,,,(there are many) ...I wasnt sure i would make it as the sun was overhead by mid-morning...
i dont know what time I made it back to my "abode" but i immediately dramk some juice , and made it to the bed. my feet were screaming, my lower legs /ankle
area red sore...and I slept for 2 hiurs... but the epethany of this "torture" 24 kns is like a half marathon, in heat opened up my mind..

almost 2 hours on board AND we got UP CLOSE to a rare Giant PELIKAN, the first time on over 50 boat trips on SKADA lake

It is true that I charged for the provision of legal aid from Christopher, in the name of the composition of the petition,
legal advice and going to the house where he lived.
Christopher already had a disagreement with me three years ago, when, I don't know why, he devalued my legal profession.
Despite that, I agreed to help him this time as well, I sent a letter to Rečević, which he obviously refused to receive.
After that, I handed the submission over to Christopher again so that he could deliver it to his address.
I did not file a criminal complaint with the police because at that time it was not a crime, but an obligation,
so Christopher has the right to sue Rečević in court and demand his paid rent and damages for the things he has left.
Of course, if Christopher thinks that a crime has been committed against him, he can report it to the police,
he does not need a lawyer for that.
Also, although I do not deal with relocations, which you must know, I expressed a desire to help take over things,
which Christopher persistently refused, although Nemanja and I insisted on that.
As for further action, I inform you that I am not the only lawyer,
and that I cannot accept to represent Chirsopher because of disagreements and misunderstandings,
and the inability to communicate with him except through his very confusing emails. Among other things,
lawyers are not working in Montenegro at the moment, because a general suspension of legal aid has been declared,
a decision of the Bar Association of Montenegro, which I fully respect, and I will not work while the suspension of lawyers lasts.
My advice is for Christopher to find another lawyer with whom he will be satisfied,
in order to provide him with the legal protection he will seek.
I would also like to remind you that I accepted for safekeeping his briefcase with confidential documents during the month of May,
which was returned to him on Monday, May 31, 2021. g. free of charge, and which I did for almost three years,
as Christopher delayed taking his documents from my office.

all Montenegrins, whose culture is family-biased. will fail to

partners.
as far as the "local law" is concerned, we live in "a
cowboy state" whose government was bought by USAcorp for 30 million uSD,
where NATO was allowed to set a base, despite MNE having no threat of
warfare, and where "non-locals" suffer prejudice and racism and visitors
seen as walking bancomats (*ATM)!
So, my instruction to STOP this violation by Recevics family were CLEAR from day 1 (2 weeks ago as i write this) and to prepare a claim, against the perpetrators, were CLEAR. S.Kojic failed to protect me or my home, my belongings, nor make a police report, and my property is tainted or now USELESS, as I have no place to TRULY call "my home", in this way, financial claim is NOT as important as making it clear to state governors & its police officers that this violation IS VERY serious, and therefore I do, and shall continue to, demand justice.

adv. Sanida Kojic (SK) was instructed on 4th pf may (with assistance of husband Samir as translator) to stop violations
by Aleksa Recevic & family, (AR+co) against the home of Christopher Richard SMITH
at Rusa Radulovica 97b (and this is also his NGO location) a fee which included absorbing information, documents & files
(some of which were taken by N. Ljumovic, for safe keeping, who has been instructed to return them to SK)
and to prepare a claim for compensation against AR+co by 31.5.21 latest. (NOTE rent/electric was pre paid to 31.5.21 also)
an inclusive fee of 200e was agreed at the above address on 4th May, 100e paid immediately & another 100e, also in cash
paid on 7th may (without receipt) ... however SK did not deliver a plaintiff letter, as CRS discovered in her office
on that day. SK asked CRS to deliver a repeat by hand, however, CRS found that despite the latest "THREAT" of AR+co
of forced eviction on 8th May, that during the day of 7th may AR+co had changed the door locks, and AR was not answering
his door (his car was parked outside (Pg jp 701 or jp 701 Pg?) SK letter left on doormat!
CRS was , by emergency, disrupted during a "state of pandemic restrictions" forced , without any friendly assictance, to seek accommodation that night & then saw at 06h the next morning a new notice on the door of his/ngo home that he would have 5 minutes to remove vital things! CRSremoved as much as possible, and left in an associate's car with those things. Which were taken, with CRS immediately to a football colleagues location, distanced from Podgorica! SK was informed briefly via email.
The next day 9th May SK attempted (3 times?) to report AR+co & the incident to the local Podgorica police ; answer ; none!
excuse "no inspectors available" (N.B for eventual plaintiffs v MNE ; do not allow serious crime on sundays? Police on beach?)
Due to the violations being committed by a policeman (AR) its unreasonable to expect a damaged victim ("foreigner" without fluent
command and without local accommodation during state pandemic ?) to report therefore as SK failed to lodge the opposition to
forced eviction, and as she is employed by SK to process complaints at this time, should at least file a report to chief of police in
Podgorica by mail (if they dont deny the address of the Police station in Podgorica too??)
Files returned by N.Ljumovic may be used in evidence against AR_co (proving the tendency of property owners to deny tenant rights)
